Digital Products and Premade Designs

Due to the digital nature of our premade design products, all sales are final once the design file, template, download link, or editable access has been delivered.

Digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical items, so refunds are not offered once access has been provided.

Custom Editing Services

If you choose the option for Trailhead Design Studio to customize a premade design for you, payment covers the time spent reviewing your details, preparing your file, and completing the requested edits.

Because custom editing involves personalized work, refunds are not available once the editing process has started. If you need to cancel before any work has begun, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the status of the project.

Custom Design Services

For custom design projects, payments and deposits are used to reserve time, review project details, communicate with the client, and begin the creative process.

Deposits and payments are non-refundable once work has started. If a project is cancelled before work begins, Trailhead Design Studio may review the situation and determine whether a partial refund is possible.

Once concepts, drafts, revisions, or final files have been created or delivered, refunds are not available.

Revisions and Design Concerns

We want clients to feel confident in the final result. If there is an issue with your design, please contact us so we can review the concern.

Depending on the service purchased, revisions may be included or available for an additional fee.

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, failure to review product details before purchase, or requests that fall outside the original project scope.

File or Access Issues

If you have trouble accessing your file, download, template, or final design, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

If a technical issue is caused on our end and we are unable to provide the purchased product or service, we will review the situation and offer an appropriate solution.

Sale Items and Discount Codes

Items purchased using a sale, discount code, or promotional offer are final sale unless otherwise stated.
